Cancellation Policy

Before confirming your appointment, please read our service policy carefully: 📅 Scheduling Services are performed by appointment and subject to availability in the schedule. We work with 2 time slots: Morning (8:00 to 12:00) and Afternoon (1:00 to 16:00) After sending the appointment request, our team will contact you to confirm the details of the service. 🚫 Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be made within 7 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount without refund. In case of absence at the location without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the service value will be charged, in this case the service deposit. 💳 Payment Methods We accept PIX, cash and debit/credit cards. Payment is made directly to the professional at the end of the service or via a link sent. 🛋️ Furniture Conditions The customer is responsible for informing the type of fabric and the condition of the sofa in advance (stains of unknown origin, presence of mold, etc.). We do not guarantee 100% removal of old or deep stains, but we use the best products and techniques available. 🌦️ Services on Rainy Days Cleaning can be carried out normally even on rainy days, as long as there is a covered and airy place for drying. If the environment does not allow for the proper execution of the service, the appointment can be rescheduled at no cost. 📍 Service Area We provide home service in the cities of Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul and the surrounding area. Locations outside these areas may have an additional travel cost, please check before scheduling. 👨‍🔧 Technical Team Our professionals are trained, uniformed and identified.
